In the wake of rapid development in the Internet, network
application has become more and more popular. While requirements of network
performance of various industrial control equipment are increasingly higher,
too. We have been in the hope of such an industrial control equipment that
can not only support TCP/IP and other Internet protocols but also make it
possible for us to look over equipment state by means of our familiar browser
and specify equipment parameters or transport the collected data to database
on Windows or Unix/Linux server by network. |

And now the WHN Linux-based embedded industrial control
solution has solved this problem. It employs the embedded Linux operating
system as its software and the WHN 32-bit microprocessor module as its core
hardware, making itself a different application system in coordination with
various WHN interface boards. A typical solution applied to the industrial
control is shown in the accompanying illustration.
